The View From Above
Back in December 2011, I had a view of the The Church in its massive, magnificent position, seated in the heavenly places. I wrote to you about it.
There, in its Kingdom place, above all, encompassing the entire earth was The Glorious Church! (See Ephesians 2:6-7) For more details see Current Events. Scroll down to find.
Imagine how Christians might act if they truly saw themselves, “above and not beneath,” going forth with confidence, proclaiming the gospel with signs following: healing the sick, raising the dead, baptizing the multitudes who have just been converted….
Paradigm Shift
You … The Habitation of God!
The devil is mad. It’s not just because he knows his time is short, but he is actually being pressed, pushed down! We are not the grasshoppers, he is. We are a new creation, born-again ambassadors for the heavenly Kingdom. We are one dynamic unit, or building, as Ephesians says, a “dwelling place of God in the Spirit!” (Ephesians 2:22)
The Glorious Church, full of God’s power—Holy Spirit—is over satan. The Church is pressing down upon him as our Father God makes him a footstool for Jesus. (See Hebrews 1:13)
One Generation: Us!
We were born, chosen, given an assignment to fulfill in earth’s history: to harvest the earth!
Jesus was sent to earth with His assignment that would precede us. He overcame every temptation by the uncompromised Word of Truth and then paid for the sin of all mankind. That opened the door to the new birth in Christ! As we get closer to the finish line, let’s give our very best just as Jesus did.
2024
Think of the enormous power of the Gospel being preached to earth from all the satellites and live-streaming communications! Add to that the generals of intercession who are invading the nations 24/7 with prayers, supplications, and declarations of faith…binding up and casting out devils day and night. We who stand actually operate in two kingdoms. Therefore, you and I must guard our thoughts/words so that we remember who we are and fulfill the assignment given to us by God before we were born. The time ahead of us is short!
Never before has the fullness of the message of redemption in the power of the Holy Spirit hit this earth like this; spreading the gospel to every continent. Elon Musk continues to blast satellites into the atmosphere; his goal being 42,000 of them! We sometimes can hear the sonic boom from Vandenberg Air Force Base when they are sent out.
“This gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end will come!” (Matthew 24:14)
What is a witness?
To have knowledge of an event of change from personal observation or experience; give or serve as evidence of: testify to
Never before has the fullness of the message of redemption in the power of the Holy Spirit hit the entire earth. In our day it is spreading from city to city, nation to nation, from the outer atmosphere, penetrating earth’s heaven where demonic influence has previously occupied.
The Glorious Church, full of Holy Spirit, is pressing in to occupy by binding and loosing. God is revealing His Son Jesus from high above the planet as satellites hit the air waves of our cities…satan’s kingdom is being pressed down under Jesus’ feet as intercessors work from their seat of authority on earth while we are seated in heavenly places in Christ.
Pray in tongues!
Just as military soldiers have uniforms, we are to be dressed in spiritual uniforms that we never ever take off! (Ephesians 6:10-18)
*stand: girding your waist with truth,
*having on righteousness, the breastplate;
*shod your feet with peace;
*taking the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart
*keep your helmet on
*use your sword
*release God’s Word: pray more in the Holy Spirit!
