"After two days He will revive us;
on the third day He will raise us up,
that we may live in His sight.
Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD.
His going forth is established as the morning;
He will come to us like the rain, like the latter and former rain to the earth."
Hosea 6: 2-3

God, the Father of glory, loves you.
There are many ways to know this. He is upholding all things in your life, by the word of His power. See Hebrews 1:3.
Just think, this entire planet is held up by His word. All provision for your natural and spiritual life was made complete before you were born here. This is why Jesus said not to worry about your life. Matthew 6:25-34
Even all your works and your assignment as an Ambassador “were prepared beforehand that you should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10. Praise God, nothing can ever separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord! Romans 8:39
Another way to know that Father loves you is that He corrects you. In fact, if you find you are never corrected, you may not belong to Him at all. Hebrews 12:8
EAT YOUR SPINACH
“Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:9-11
The Church of our generation is making herself ready by yielding to submission and being cleansed by the washing of the water of the word. Ephesians 5:26-27. That is why there is great emphasis from our ministers to put God’s word first place in our lives and be doers of what it says. Each member who submits his will to the Word is being scrubbed clean in God’s washing machine!
Those who are not yielded to obey correction will experience tough times of unrest, being tossed to and fro. Some will reap corruption and even death.
“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” Galatians 6:7-8
Actually, a born from above believer, not sowing to the Spirit, is living with one foot in the world, which in these end days is very dangerous and opens himself up to deceiving seducing spirits. 1 Timothy 4:11
Possess Your Soul – Luke 21:19
The carnal nature must not conceal or limit the Glory.
As each individual takes upon himself the yoke of the LORD, (Matthew 11:29-30) it has a significant effect on the entire Church. When you and I obey, it brings a supply to make us all go higher.
Why all the preparation?
Two reasons:
“… but truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD —” Numbers 14:21
Reason Number One for the Preparation: The Glory is coming!
The Glorious Church is making herself ready to shine with His glory, His Presence, His anointing.
Just like we might clean out a cluttered closet to make room for new things, so our hearts are being prepared for the increase of God’s glory. Praise God! The glory within us will light the way to draw in the multitudes of lost souls out of the nations.
“Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.
The Gentiles shall come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.
“Lift up your eyes all around, and see:
They all gather together, they come to you;
Your sons shall come from afar,
And your daughters shall be nursed at your side.
Then you shall see and become radiant,
And your heart shall swell with joy;
Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you,
The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.” Isaiah 60:1-5
“Sing, O barren,
You who have not borne …
“Enlarge the place of your tent,
And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings;
Do not spare;
Lengthen your cords,
And strengthen your stakes.
For you shall expand to the right and to the left,
And your descendants will inherit the nations,
And make the desolate cities inhabited.” Isaiah 54:1-3
Reason Number Two: We are being prepared to meet the LORD in the air.
“For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
“Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.” 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
Reasons for Preparation and Correction:
- For the Glory within us to expand and shine forth to bring in the lost.
- To make ourselves ready to meet the LORD in the air.
"Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the LORD …" Heb. 12:14
Could that scripture also refer to not being prepared to meet Jesus in the air?

Jesus said, "Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened:
“… to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. (Selah)
“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.” Matthew 25: 1-4 & 13
“Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” Matthew 24:44

CLOSING SCRIPTURE
“But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love covers a multitude of sins.’ Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:7-11
