"The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the
righteous are bold as a lion."

Proverbs 28:1
______________________________________________________________

Dear Saints,
We are taking our seat in heavenly places in Christ Jesus!

Ephesians 2:6

Recap of our previous lesson:

“We are citizens of heaven … Philippians 3:20
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies…” Psalm 23:5
“…by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises…”
2 Peter 1:3-4

Those promises are our provision from heaven.

We operate in two realms: the natural earthly system where we presently live and the spiritual realm as an Ambassador for Christ. Jesus said the Kingdom of God is within you. As our minds are renewed to Kingdom ways, we become more and more developed in how to release those ways into this natural system.

It’s an inside job.
All of our assignments operate through love, for the love of Christ compels us to fulfill our call. Jesus gave His life on the cross because of love. We were born again because of His love. Selah

The world is in darkness trying to fix problems without God and going the wrong way.

Orphans
Every unsaved person is an orphan—deep within themselves—because they don’t have Jesus as Lord. They do everything they can to try and satisfy the emptiness, that vacant hole within. Like Adam after he sinned in the garden, they are fear dominated and they seek to make their own covering of protection.

It’s good to remember how we felt without God in this world…without hope and searching. That’s why we pray for the lost.

Dependents of God
Children born of God’s seed operate and live under a completely different system. We walk by faith in God, our Father. “… for in Him we live and move and have our being…” Acts 17:28

One of the joys that Jesus focused on as He endured the cross, was that we would come to know The Almighty God as Jesus knows Him, “Abba Father.” Jesus gave us the complete and full right of fellowship with God… righteousness!   2 Corinthians 5:21

Jesus calls this eternal life.
“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” See John 17:3. We’re in the family and we have benefits! Praise the LORD!

PROVISION!
He is upholding all things with the word of His power. Hebrews 1:3

Faith that He will provide for everything we need is required to live as victorious overcomers. Every provision for life, protection and happiness is in His written Word.

Did you believe you received when you prayed? Mark 11:24
Many times people have asked me to pray for them, yet moments after prayer they start speaking about the problem all over again. Why? Because they didn’t take hold of the promise in their heart. Only the heart can produce faith to connect to the power source.

Don’t pray/speak until you have the “assurance” in your heart.
“I believe that!  It’s mine, I’m taking it now. Thank you Lord, I receive!”
That’s the same process of how you got born again.

As we ended last week’s lesson, we had an assignment to make a list of how you stand in faith for the promises of God.

So, how do we stand for the manifestation of the promises (provision) of God?

Here are some basics I have on my list:
  • Don’t get distracted.
  • Do not be conformed to the world.
  • Be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Romans 12:1-2
  • Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Romans 10:17
  • Fear comes from hearing and meditating the lies of the devil.
  • Cares/worry that enter the heart choke the Word.  Mark 4:19
  • Take every thought captive to the written promise.  2 Corinthians 10:3-5
  • Resist the devil’s temptation and deception to give up.  1 Peter 5:6-9
  • Confess the promise; meditate on it throughout the day.  Joshua 1:8
  • Don’t speak words that nullify the promise.  Matthew 12:35
  • Believe you receive.  Mark 11:24

BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS
Chuck Yeager became the first person to fly faster than the speed of sound in October of 1947 at a speed of over 700 mph. The sound barrier that many had feared was broken. That breakthrough ushered in a new era, the Space Age.

The real barrier wasn’t in the sky, but in the knowledge of supersonic flight.

Breakthroughs in Revelation Knowledge
THE EPHESIANS PRAYER
The prayer given to us by the Holy Spirit through Paul in Ephesians Chapter 1 is absolutely necessary to experience success in these end days. The spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God is the main focus of this prayer to our Father, for revelation needs to come to us in order to understand the spiritual side of our nature and the ways of God’s Kingdom.

The prayer expresses the need God’s children have. It also expresses God’s willingness for His children to break through the barriers of this natural world system we live in and go into the higher realms of living and walking by faith in the Spirit.

Each of the four requests in this prayer are asking God to help us to know and experience what Jesus has already provided and what belongs to us through Him. We make connection through prayer.

“…that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you:
  • the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him
  • the eyes of your understanding being enlightened that you may know what is the hope of His calling
  • what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints
  • and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe ...”
Read Ephesians 1:15-23

Breakthroughs in Faith
Every breakthrough in faith comes from a breakthrough in revealed knowledge. Revealed knowledge is divine knowledge of the Kingdom of God and how spiritual things operate. This knowledge or “knowing within” is knowledge that breaks through the natural realm as it is received by the heart or the spirit of man.

We rely completely on the Holy Spirit for this.

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

“He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.”
John 16:12-15

Revelation knowledge is a prerequisite; a requirement in taking a promise of God as your own. Why? Because God’s promises come forth from Him and He is Spirit.   John 4:24

Jesus said, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63

Believing the promise in your heart produces faith. It is that same glorious event that took place when you got born again.

The Word of Faith
“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:8-10

Every breakthrough in receiving and manifesting the promises of God comes from a breakthrough in revelation and understanding. Every advance in fulfilling the call of God comes from a breakthrough in the spirit of wisdom and revelation. The great and mighty power that is available to us is accessed through the supernatural revelation of God’s written Word and His perfect love toward us.

Your Prayer Life
Sometimes people who are called to pray forget to pray for themselves. God needs each of us to do what we know we should in taking care of own vessel so that we might fulfill our call: a long, healthy, strong, and prosperous life. See 3 John 2.

Praying the Ephesians’ prayer continually opens the realm of the Spirit because it opens the eyes of our understanding. When we see and know who we are in Christ and what He has given to us, it develops our inner man to be strengthened with might through His Spirit. Ephesians 3:14-21 is another prayer that should be prayed often.

With that in mind, I have put a new resource for you on the website which includes other prayers from the Apostles. It is called THE EPISTLE PRAYERS.

The New Testament Church has been given a “better covenant established on better promises,” (Hebrews 8:6-13), than the Old Testament, for we are the temple of the Holy Spirit.

We love  and should  study the Old Testament, but our new nature requires an identity that lines up with who we are in Christ, not in the works of the law or in present day traditions of men. The Epistle Prayers are power packed and should be prayed often.

Chuck Yeager, as he entered into the cockpit of his plane in 1947, could not even have imagined that his supersonic flight would usher in the Space Age that would put a man on the moon.

We, as people who work with God in the Spirit, have no idea of the barriers that are broken as we pray and are led by His Spirit to intercede for our counties and states.

“But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”  Matthew 19:26

"By the word of the LORD
the heavens were made, and all the host of them
by the breath of His mouth.
He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap;
He lays up the deep in storehouses."
Psalm 33:6-7
_____________________________________________________________

Dear Saints,
Let’s continue our study:

TAKING OUR SEAT IN HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST JESUS. Ephesians 2:6

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
”  Psalm 23:5

WHAT’S ON YOUR TABLE?

PROVISION!
Every provision for your life was provided before you were born.
All the good things Father created were designed to support all your needs: food, shelter, air, gravity, sunlight, etc.; all were designed with such exquisite accuracy and spectacular glory that the heavens, the oceans, all the mountains and lands declare the eternal power of the Godhead. Romans 1:20

Definition of Provision:
Arrangement or preparation beforehand, as for the doing of something, the meeting of needs, the supplying of means, etc.; furnishing, giving, endowment, sustenance

PROVISION: GOD’S MIGHTY WRITTEN WORD

Your salvation was written in Romans 10:8-9 about 2,000 years before you were born.
Every need you will ever have on earth and into the eternal, has been met by God’s promises.

“… as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

“by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:3-4

His promises are trustworthy, just like He is.
His promises are unchangeable, just like He is.
His promises are eternal, just like He is.

THE WRITTEN WORD: ALIVE AND POWERFUL
“For the word of God is:
  • living and powerful,
  • and sharper than any two-edged sword,
  • piercing even to the division of soul and spirit,
  • and of joints and marrow,
  • and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
  • And there is no creature hidden from His sight,
  • but all things are naked
  • and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” Hebrews 4:12-13

Where are these promises?
They are in God and have been written down in The Bible waiting for you to activate them. These promises are accessed through the Spirit of God which is resident in His child.

Spiritual Substance: Faith
God gives a part of His faith to everyone who is born again. See Romans 12:3.
Believing in your heart that what the promises say are true will then transfer that live seed into your heart. The heart is the ground in which the seed “germinates” to produce life.
Mark 4:14-20

When our Father was preparing a place for His family to live, what did He do?
He spoke words. “‘Let there be light.’ And there was light.” Genesis 1:3

“The apostles said to the Lord, ‘Increase our faith!’
“And the Lord said, ‘If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, “be uprooted and planted in the sea,” and it would obey you.’” Luke 17:5

We plant the promises with the words that we speak. After all, confession was made unto salvation, right?  Romans 10:10

So we see that your faith is required to connect to the provision of God: His promises.

Wisdom reveals to us that His promises were hidden/locked up for a reason. Like treasures in a vault, they are kept safe from thieves by divine ordinance. Only His children have the right to use the keys to the abundance. “We have this treasure in earthen vessels …”
2 Corinthians 4:7

It’s an inside job, because, for this present time, that is where the Kingdom of God resides on earth ...  in us!  Luke 17:21

The Apostle Peter reveals:
“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,
  • as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness,
  • through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
  • by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises,
  • that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature,
  • having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:2-4

PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE!

Faith and patience are required as we stand for the manifestation of the promise to come forth in the “seen” realm.

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12

The good fight of faith is required between receiving the promise in the Spirit and when we declare, “there it is!” in this earth realm.
Confidence, patience, endurance and the “dunamis” power of the Holy Spirit within us are needed so that after you have done the will of God you may RECEIVE the promise.
See Hebrews 10:35-36.

Many children let go of the good fight of faith for lack of endurance and resistance.

Jesus was able to endure the cross and fulfill His Father’s will by seeing the joy that was set before Him. He is the Author and He is the Finisher of our faith. Keep your eyes on Him, the living Word of God. See Hebrews 12:1-2.

Jesus taught on the Kingdom of God and how faith works:
“ …and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.  For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.” Read Mark 4:14-33.

So, what’s on your table?
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” 2 Corinthians 1:20

Health
Jesus said, “… lay hands on the sick and they will recover.” Mark 16:18
Who’s report will you believe? See Isaiah 53:1-5.

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 2

Deliverance
“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree’), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” Galatians 3:13-14

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2

Prosperity
“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”
2 Corinthians 9:7-8

“Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favor my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.” Psalm 35:27-28

Power
“And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, “All power is given unto Me in Heaven and on earth. Go therefore…” Matthew 28:18

“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19

“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.” Matthew 10:8

Recompense
“Pursue for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”
Read 1 Samuel 30.

Answered Prayer
“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.” John 15:7-8

We’re a peculiar people.  1 Peter 2:9
We walk in the Spirit, blessed with every spiritual blessing yet we live one day at a time in the world, but not of the world. We have dual citizenship and dual occupancy. Therefore, it is necessary to keep our eyes on God’s Word.

Keep your armor on and use your weapons of warfare:
See 2 Corinthians 10:3-6, Ephesians 6:10-18, and 1 Peter 5:5-11.

It takes the strength of the Holy Spirit within us to pursue the enemy, to defeat his schemes and stand in faith. But far “greater is He that is in us than He who is in the world.”
1 John 4:4

"I have made the earth,

I - My Hands - stretched out the heavens,

Isaiah 45:12
_____________________________________________________________

Dear Ministers of Reconciliation,
Vision—Plan—Purpose
We are pressing toward the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus!
Philippians 3:14

Taking our Seat in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus
Ephesians 2:6

“…that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind …” See Ephesians 4:23 & Romans 12:2.

The Church: The Power of God
We are individual members with great power and capacity to change the world!

“The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.” Psalm 103:19

Jesus said that Kingdom is within us. When we put all our assignments together they form a spectacular tapestry of God’s glory to embrace the world with the call:

“… that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.”  2 Corinthians 5:19

God is not holding their trespasses against them. Wow! How can this be?

Jesus came to pay a debt He didn’t owe because we owed a debt we couldn’t pay.

This is where you and I and all the brethren began our new life in Christ.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
There is not one individual alive on planet earth that has been left out of God’s invitation.

All of our assignments are rooted in the message of the cross.

The Meeting that Changes Everything

As time pushes us closer to “meeting Jesus in the air” (1 Thessalonians 4:17), our assignments are of greater importance and value.

OVERCOMING
Knowing who you are in Christ brings a holy boldness to enforce your Kingdom rights.

Grace was given to run our race by faith. See Hebrews 12:1-2.

Obstacles, cares and fear will try to darken your vision, affect your plan, undermine your purpose and steal your power. This is easily corrected.

FAITH
Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith. Faith is invisible. Faith is the holder of your destiny. We walk by faith and not by sight. The just shall live by faith. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Faith moves mountains! Without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith overcomes the world.

“The life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God…” Galatians 2:20

God forbid that the teaching of faith would ever be considered unwelcome in our pulpits and assemblies, for Satan would like nothing better.

“Now the just shall live by faith;
But if anyone draws back,
My soul has no pleasure in him.”

“But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 10:38-11:1

“For yet a little while and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.”
Hebrews 10:37

Thoughts, Core Beliefs and Power
“As a man thinketh so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

Stinkin thinkin:   Fear
If the river of faith goes dry, fear moves in.

Fear is the opposite of faith.
Fear begins as a thought and an image.
Fear is faith in something undesirable coming to pass.
Fear comes from hearing, and hearing the lies of the world/devil.

Jesus said fear would increase in our generation. Read Luke 21:25-36.

Each member of the End Days Church must learn to resist fear so that the authority Jesus gave us can be used against our enemy as we continue to march forward.

God’s Word: The Answer
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

Fear is a spirit. Cast him out!
Read Colossians 2:15 & Mark 16:17.

Three spiritual forces from our God:
Power—Love—Sound Mind!

Power
God, our Father, is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29
Jesus will baptize us with the Holy Spirit and fire. Luke 3:16
“You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.” Acts 1:8
Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt us. Luke 10:19
The Holy Spirit, the Helper, will dwell with us and be in us. Jesus did not leave us as mere orphans. John 14: 15-18
We have citizenship in heaven with Kingdom rights as heirs of God.
See Philippians 3:20, Hebrews 12:22-24 & Romans 8:17.
“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” 1 Corinthians 6:19

Love
Love is the most powerful force on earth.
God is love. 1 John 4:8
Perfected love casts out all fear. 1 John 4:18
Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:8
Love empowers faith. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
See 1 John 5:4 & Galatians 5:6.
And this is His commandment: believe on the name of Jesus Christ and love one another.
1 John 3:23

Sound Mind
A sound mind is a mind free of tormenting thoughts.
“Jesus said unto him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind…’” Matthew 22:37
You have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16
Take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5
Be anxious for nothing. Pray and God’s peace will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Think on things that are: True, noble, just, pure and lovely, of good report, virtuous and praise worthy. Philippians 4:8
“Do not worry… do not worry… do not worry.” Matthew 6:25-34
Meditate the word day and night and you will have good success. Joshua 1:8
“Be doers of the word, not hearers only.” James 1:22
“That My joy may remain in you and be full.” John 15:11

PERSONAL THOUGHT PATTERNS WILL  AFFECT YOUR DESTINY
  1. Whatever thoughts, Godly or ungodly, that you permit to come into your mind and continually think about  will affect decisions you make.
  2. Decisions will determine your actions.
  3. Actions become habits.
  4. Habits will affect your values and character.
  5. Your character will determine how well you fulfill your ministry call.

Your Inner Core Belief System
Every individual has a system of thoughts that make up what they believe or don’t believe.

Every born again creation in Christ has an inward belief system that is very powerful when accompanied by God’s Spirit and rooted in the Word. God’s child, who has come out of the world, is called to replace old-man thoughts with new-man thinking based on what scripture says.

This is a daily process that takes place through the study of God’s Word.

Seek first the Kingdom of God is a command from the Head of the Church. We are living in a time when the world’s wickedness and distractions are seeking to influence us, even in the privacy of our own homes. Technology knows no boundaries and is after your attention every morning. Put God’s word first place. “Wisdom is the principal thing.” Proverbs 4:7

The Holy Spirit recorded Jesus’ intimate prayer with His Father before heading to the garden of Gethsemane to pay the ultimate price for mankind. It is saturated with His love and compassion for His disciples and for those that would come later, you and me. Receive the breath of His Presence as He whispers this into your heart today:

“But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.

“They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.  Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

“As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
John 17:13-21
__________________________________________________________________________
God is with us Saints, do not fear!
“As He is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17

Power, love and a sound mind are spiritual forces that will help you dominate the corruption that is in the world through lust. Add to that your inner image of “who you are in Christ” and “no weapon formed against you will prosper!” Isaiah 54:17

"But as many as received Him,

to those who believe in His name ..."
John 1:12

Ministers of Prayer,
This is Part 3 of a study on Vision.
If you have not read the previous two lessons, just scroll down.

Warning
Without a vision, a plan from God, the people perish. Proverbs 29:18
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6

Blessing
Put knowledge and vision together with faith in God and we are victorious overcomers fulfilling our assignments before the change—His glorious return.

God Has a Vision for His Church

The Church is made up of individuals who are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. We are spirit; we have a soul, and live in a body. We are citizens of Heaven. See John 1:13, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, Philippians 3:20.

Each member has been born of incorruptible seed through the word of God.
See 1 Peter 1:23.

All of your amazing talents, qualities and gifts are given to bring strength and edification to the Body and further: a mission to this world. There is no one else, forever and ever, that can fulfill your specific call or take your place.

Prayer
Taking our Seat in Heavenly Places in Christ: Ephesians 2:6
We, who have been called to prepare the way for The LORD of the Harvest, take our stand for righteousness in prayer in the secret place.

Our prayers are effective and vital to The Church: the operation of His Spirit on earth.

Each one of us, young and elders, are holding ground that is significant to God’s Kingdom and plan: God’s will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

This day, God wants you to be refreshed.
As corruption and evil seem to be on the increase in the earth, God’s plans and goodness are far more powerful and on the increase, for God will come behind in no good gift.
See 1 Corinthians 1:7.

The Church is birthing multitudes into the Kingdom every day. Faith Tabernacle Church in Nigeria has 225,000 people attending services each week-end. The underground church in China has abounded with estimates of 150-200 million born again Christians. Praise God!

“And the LORD answered me, and said, ‘Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.’” Habakkuk 2:2

Vision brings the plan.
The plan brings the purpose.
The purpose brings your reason for living.

“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…”
Read Hebrews 12:1-2.

You are so important, Beloved of God.
You were called. You were chosen before the foundation of the world. See Ephesians 1:4.

You are God’s workmanship. You were created in Christ Jesus for good works. Those works were prepared beforehand, before you were born, that you should walk out God’s plan for your life.  See Ephesians 2:10.

Father has a vision for your life.

Definition of Vision:
The act of seeing; a revelation; sight, perception, discernment, ability to foresee, mental image, idea, dream, ability to plan ahead, concept

Father has a plan, an assignment for you to fulfill.

Definition of Plan:
Method, strategy, blueprint, sketch, design, map, diagram, form, frame, outline, lay out, project, aim, purpose

“Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,
And He who formed you from the womb:
“I am the Lord, who makes all things…”  Isaiah 44:24

“Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things that are not yet done …” Isaiah 46:11

“…just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world…having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself…having made know to us the mystery of His will…that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth —in Him.”
Read Ephesians 1:4, 5,9,10.

The New Creation—A New Identity in Christ
2 Corinthians 5:14-20: Recap
  • The love of Christ compels us.
  • Behold, all things have become new.
  • If One died for all, then all died.
  • Those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him.
  • We regard no one according to the flesh.
  • All things are of God who has reconciled us to Himself.
  • We are ministers of reconciliation.
  • We are ambassadors for Christ to the world.

Who are you?
“… that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
2 Corinthians 5:21

And someone thought, “How could I ever be the righteousness of God?”

Have you ever seen a baby spit out his food because he just couldn’t eat it? If you stumbled over that verse, let’s look at some reasons why it isn’t being received.
  • Practicing known sin or rebellion to God
  • Remembrance of past sin, shame and guilt
  • Lack of knowledge of what Jesus did on the cross
  • Ignorance of your covenant rights and benefits as a blood-bought child of God
  • Indoctrinated with the traditions of men
  • Listening to incorrect teaching
  • Too much unity/fellowship with carnal Christians
  • Ignorance of the scriptures
  • Not believing God’s Word
What’s the Answer? How can I become the righteousness of God in Christ?

By Renewing the Mind to Scripture
“ … that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,  and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,  and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:23

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Read Romans 12:1-2.

As a Man Thinketh So is He: Proverbs 23:7
You can’t go any further than what is revealed from God.
But when you believe and receive what is revealed, you can go beyond the mundane to do far greater works than you ever imagined for our great King!

The call is for your all!
Your all is for the call!

Assignment:

Renew your thoughts and meditate on the “Who I Am in Christ Scriptures” often if not daily.

How important is it to speak the "who you are in Christ" scriptures?
Well, do you remember how you got saved? ”For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” See Romans 10:10.
