" ... if My people who are called by name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer ... "

Why Amy Coney Barrett's Confirmation Is an Imminent Victory for Court and Country
“Sunday, cloture on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett was invoked by the Senate, which limited debate and enabled that body to hold a confirmation vote for her on Monday night. That's why October 26 promises to be a milestone for the Constitution and the country,” Frank Scaturro and Carrie Severino write for Fox News.
“From the time of his first election four years ago, President Trump promised to appoint justices in the mold of Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, jurists who embrace originalism and textualism. With the nomination of Judge Barrett, he kept that promise.” Click here to read more.
“The Obama recovery, which was subpar in virtually all respects, ultimately under-performed the Fed’s expectations in terms of GDP growth and the unemployment rate, while the Trump portion of the recovery consistently outperformed expectations,” former Federal Reserve economist Lawrence Lindsey writes for The Wall Street Journal.
“Made in China” products “could be produced by victims of the Chinese government’s heinous detention of 1 to 3 million Uyghurs, Kazakhs, and other Muslim and ethnic minorities . . . The Chinese government needs to close its internment camps, set its captives free, and end its state-sponsored forced labor program immediately,” U.S. immigration officials Ken Cuccinelli and Mark Morgan write for The Hill.
According to the White House’s latest Pennsylvania jobs report, “Pennsylvania natural gas helps employ 26,000 workers and supports an additional 330 thousand jobs . . . Since President Trump took office—coal mining jobs in Pennsylvania have increased by more than six percent [and] have been filled by local, American workers,” Dylan Fearon reports for Wilkes-Barre’s Fox 56 News.
Trump’s Greatest Accomplishments Are What He Hasn’t Done
“Under immense pressure by the media and other Democratic operatives, at a time when nearly all global leaders were using the pandemic as an excuse to seize greater control, Trump did not,” Mollie Hemingway writes in The Federalist.
“Whether it’s not seizing power at a time nearly all other executives have, not launching wars in the manner of his predecessors, or not ignoring the campaign promises he made, some of President Donald Trump’s greatest accomplishments are what he hasn’t done.”

“Across the globe, the [Chinese Communist Party] aims to spread propaganda, restrict speech, and exploit personal data to malign ends. The United States, accordingly, cannot simply ignore the CCP’s ideological objectives. Washington must understand that the fight against Chinese aggression first requires recognizing it and defending ourselves against it,” National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien writes for Foreign Affairs.
“President Trump often says that his ‘America First’ foreign policy does not mean ‘America Alone.’ Nowhere is this better exemplified than in the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement . . . [USMCA] replaces the outdated, ineffective North American Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and better positions the American economy and its private sector for success,” Deputy Energy Secretary Mark Menezes writes in Townhall.
“Americans expect their air, water, and land to be clean. In the Trump Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is intently focused on meeting these expectations. This focus has paid off. Since 2017, criteria air pollutant emissions have fallen 7 percent, making air quality the best it’s been since modern recordkeeping began,” Assistant EPA Administrator Susan Bodine writes for RealClearEnergy.
Obamacare’s Illusion of Preexisting Condition Protections
“President Trump’s recent executive order laying out his ‘America-First Healthcare Plan’ makes clear his continued commitment to the long-standing, bipartisan consensus that we should protect people with preexisting conditions. Unfortunately, the previous administration’s attempt to make good on that consensus—Obamacare—has failed to deliver on its promises,” CMS Administrator Seema Verma writes in National Review.
“It’s time the national debate over Obamacare finally confronts this reality.”

“In ten days, we expect a report that says third quarter real GDP rebounded at a 33.4% annual rate,” economist Brian Wesbury writes. “The sharp rebound in Q3 is a testament to the underlying strength of the US economy before the shutdowns . . . Moreover, the US entered this government-mandated recession with the highest incomes and lowest poverty rate we have ever recorded.” Read more in RealClearPolitics.
“I have always said that HUD’s true measure of success is not how many individuals we can get onto our assistance programs, but how many we can lift out of government assistance and set on the path to self-sufficiency. Under Trump’s leadership, there is a rising tide lifting all boats,” Housing & Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson writes for the Washington Examiner.
“President Trump announced Monday that he will be removing Sudan from the State Department’s state sponsors of terrorism list after the Sudanese government agreed to pay $335 million in compensation for families of American victims of terrorism . . . Trump's announcement is part of a wider agreement that is expected to include moves from Sudan toward normalizing relations with Israel,” Barak Ravid writes for Axios.

Terrorists are losing and peace is breaking out
It’s hard to believe that just five years ago, Americans watched in horror as ISIS gained power and territory in the Middle East and radical Islamist terrorists killed 14 Americans on U.S. soil in San Bernardino, California.
Today, the ISIS caliphate is destroyed. Terrorist leaders Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and Qasem Soleimani are dead. And instead of sending American troops to fight in endless wars or giving cash to terrorist sponsors in Iran, the United States is securing peace deals with our real allies across the Middle East, including Israel.
“The facts speak for themselves,” foreign policy expert Harry Kazianis writes. “Trump has successfully aligned U.S. national security strategy with our national interests.”
President Trump is the first American leader since Ronald Reagan not to start a war. Instead, he has rebuilt our military, restored American sovereignty, and renewed the “peace through strength” foreign policy that helped our country win the Cold War.
On issue after issue, President Trump has reversed the disastrous foreign policy of the Obama Administration and put the American people FIRST:

Here in our own hemisphere, the Trump Administration imposed tough sanctions to pressure the illegitimate “regime” of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro. President Trump has recognized Juan Guaido as the Interim President of Venezuela, rallying an international coalition of 58 countries in his support.
On trade, President Trump’s United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement replaced the outdated NAFTA, which sent American jobs and manufacturing power overseas.
Perhaps most important among his accomplishments, President Trump reversed Washington’s decades-long, bipartisan refusal to confront China. He successfully used tariffs to persuade China to sign an improved Phase One Trade Agreement, took action to protect Americans from unfair competition and intellectual property theft, and prevented malign actors from gaining access to crucial U.S. information networks.
After the Coronavirus spread from China across the globe, President Trump took quick action to reshore critical supply chains, including those for key medicines.
With a stronger America, our adversaries know their options are limited. In North Korea, President Trump’s maximum-pressure campaign brought Chairman Kim Jong Un to the table. In Russia, the Trump Administration’s sanctions punished oligarchs who profited from destabilizing and malicious activities.
President Trump is protecting American sovereignty and standing up for our Constitutional rights, as well. This June, he authorized economic sanctions against International Criminal Court officials directly engaged with any effort to prosecute U.S. soldiers or other personnel without the consent of the United States.
The American people see these results. According to a Gallup poll conducted this February, Americans are more satisfied with our country’s position in the world today than they have been at any time since 2003. Similarly, a large majority of Americans today think their government is doing a good job keeping them safe from terrorism.
Across the world, terrorists are losing and peace is breaking out. When America is strong, secure, and free, our nation’s future—and our children’s—is that much brighter.
Democrats want to abolish ICE. President Trump wants to help ICE abolish human trafficking.
In 2018 alone, more than 23,000 human trafficking victims were identified in the United States. Of these victims, 65% were women. More than 1 in 5 were children.
It’s a “level of evil that you would never believe is even possible in a modern age,” President Trump said in January. “The level of evil is incredible.”
President Trump has joined law enforcement officers to fight for the voiceless and end this scourge of modern-day slavery in our country. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)—which Democrats have called to be abolished—has arrested more than 5,000 human traffickers over just the past three years.
“I want to thank ICE. They have been incredible,” President Trump said.
Rather than dismantle law enforcement agencies, as the far left demands, President Trump has doubled funding for the Department of Justice to combat human trafficking.
The President also signed the largest DOJ grant package in history to stop trafficking. It included, for the first time ever, grants to provide safe housing for survivors.
All told, since taking office, President Trump has signed nine pieces of bipartisan legislation that target human traffickers, both domestically and internationally.
This week, the Trump Administration released its National Action Plan to build on these important steps. It lays out a strategy in three parts: prevention of trafficking, protection for victims, and prosecution for the criminals who fuel this evil industry.
In January, President Trump recognized the 20th Anniversary of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. That day, he signed an Executive Order on Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation in the United States. With that order, he created the first-ever White House position focused solely on ending trafficking.
Americans also heard that day from Bella Hounakey, a survivor of trafficking whom President Trump invited to speak at the White House.
“At age 13, I was brought into this country. I survived trafficking, along with 19 other girls. Afterwards, I was placed in foster care, but this negative experience in my past should not wholly define who I am today,” she said.
“Today, I am a college graduate. Today, I am an American citizen.”
Last fiscal year, ICE initiated 1,024 human-trafficking and forced-labor related cases. These actions led to 2,197 criminal arrests, nearly 700 convictions, and, ultimately, the rescue of more than 400 victims.
📖 The Trump Administration Is Fighting the Evil of Human Trafficking
Under President Trump, our First Americans are being put first again!
President Trump is committed to honoring the heritage of America’s first inhabitants, our Native American communities. To that end, his Administration just released a plan to continue partnering with Native Americans to build a brighter future for all people.
The plan, titled “Putting America’s First Peoples First: Forgotten No More,” outlines President Trump’s core principles to fight for these communities:
President Trump’s policies will add 51,000 Native American-owned businesses and up to 196,000 new jobs for tribal communities. In addition, tribal entrepreneurship will be supported through growing opportunities for access to Federal contracting.
With a priority on education, Federal investments will be increased in tribal colleges and universities, and $10 million is pledged to support the creation of new tribally operated charter schools. Federal funding will be doubled for the improvement of quality Bureau of Indian Education schools and other education options, as well.
The plan also continues to prioritize the important work of Operation Lady Justice, President Trump’s task force to address missing and murdered indigenous persons.

How the White House Is Seeking Justice for Native Americans
“From Wyoming's Wind River Country to members of Canada's First Nations, the crisis of violence against Indigenous women and girls transcends state and national borders. Here in our own country, presidents of both parties have tried and failed to find lasting solutions,” Rose Dunleavy writes in U.S. News & World Report.
“To his credit, President Donald Trump has remained committed to our cause.”

“The U.S. Department of Justice filed a much-anticipated lawsuit Tuesday accusing Google of abusing its dominant position in online search and advertising to cement its market power”—similar to the 1998 lawsuit against Microsoft. “For Big Tech, it’s a reckoning that’s been a long time coming,” the Los Angeles Times editorial board writes.
“More and more medical professionals are recognizing the severe damage the lockdowns have caused to present and future public health. A worldwide collection of medical and public health experts has just issued a declaration stating that current ‘lockdown policies are producing devastating effects,’” including suicides, delays in crucial medical care, drug and opioid abuse, and domestic violence, James Lucas writes in The Federalist.
“President Trump has made combating Jew-hatred a top national priority,” including by hosting a first-ever U.S. Government conference on fighting Anti-Semitism online. “In the online world, increasing numbers of the world’s youth are lured into dangerous virtual neighborhoods where they are vulnerable to poisonous influences and can be lost to violent radicalization,” U.S. Special Envoy Elan Carr writes in The Hill.

Five Things You Should Know about the (evil) Equality Act (From Kenneth Copeland Ministries: 10.14.20)
Veiled schemes against morality are often neatly packaged with a bow made of nice-sounding names. Abortion is packaged as “pro-choice” or “health care,” the steering away from righteousness is “progressive,” and promoting homosexuality is “tolerance.”
A new and neatly packaged evil has emerged on the scene using a similar word we all consider to be good—“equality.” But make no mistake, the “Equality Act” is anything but good. It is both radical and highly controversial, and is the greatest threat to your religious freedoms of all time. As you review the items included, it becomes clear that this legislation is less about promoting equality and more about punishing dissenters.
What is the Equality Act?
Here are five things every Christian should know about the Equality Act, H.R. 5--116th Congress (2019-2020).
1. The Equality Act Would Amend the 1964 Civil Rights Act to Include Sexual Orientation
The Equality Act falsely equates one’s sexual conduct with immutable characteristics like skin color and ethnicity—and openly contradicts the scriptural mandates we were given for our good (1 Thess. 4:3-8). It aims to cover sexual orientation or gender identity for the purposes of employment, housing, public accommodations, jury service, education and federal programs, and to punish those who do not comply.
2. The Equality Act Is the Greatest Threat to Religious Freedom Ever Proposed in America
The Equality Act would invade every area of American life and is the greatest threat to religious freedom ever proposed in America. Here is just a sampling of who would be affected and targeted for discrimination:
3. The Equality Act Would Change Who Churches Can Hire
Under its changes to the employment nondiscrimination provisions in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, some houses of worship would be barred from ensuring their leaders and other employees abide by their beliefs about marriage, sexual behavior and the distinction between the sexes.
4. The Equality Act Would Harm Faith-Based Adoption Agencies
Faith-based organizations in the adoption and foster care system generally receive government funding to help them carry out their work. This funding would be threatened if they did not comply with the Equality Act, including adopting children to homosexual couples, promoting gender transition treatments, and affirming these lifestyles.
5. The Equality Act Would Threaten Religious Employers
Ministries and other faith-based organizations could be forced to offer insurance coverage for hormone therapy, sex reassignment surgery or other procedures that violate their consciences and, more importantly, the Bible.
These are only some of the sobering truths about the Equality Act and its threats to our religious freedoms. When you go to the polls in 2020, it is imperative that you consider who you are selecting to represent you as a Christian. Every Democrat in the House of Representatives voted IN FAVOR of this bill, and almost every Democrat in the Senate is expected to do the same. On the other hand, nearly every Republican has and is expected to OPPOSE it. What can you do? Think. Pray. VOTE. And do so knowing what those you vote for really represent.

Pastor George Pearsons’ Notes on How to Vote According to Scripture
This is something to share with others.
Prayer for President Trump:
Father, I pray the precious Blood of Jesus over my President, his family, his staff and advisors. May Your angels watch over them and keep them in all their ways today and the days to come. (Psalm 91:11)
May the Angel of the LORD encamp around the President and deliver him from every evil. May You deliver him from all his fears and save him out of all his troubles. (Psalm 34:4-7)
I declare that no weapon formed against President Trump shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment he shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD. (Isaiah 54:17)
God says: "Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm." (Psalm 105:15)
I pray that You would hide President Trump from the “secret plots from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, who sharpen their tongue like a sword.” (Psalm 64:2) Let their net that they have hidden catch themselves, into that very destruction let them fall.” (Psalm 35:8)
Keep the President from the snares the enemy has laid for him. Protect him from those who seek to destroy him. Give him Your safe way of escape. (Psalm 141:9-10)
Bless this President, LORD, and surround him with your shield of favor and mercy. (Psalm 5:12 & 32:10) Keep him healthy and give him strength all his days.
The President and his staff “commit their works unto the LORD, and their thoughts shall be established.” (Proverbs 16:3) Father, give President Trump Your wisdom. Help him to make right decisions in all that he needs to do today.
In Jesus name and for your glory Lord.
Did you know?
When President Trump was asked what he wanted people to remember about him, he said, “I want to be known as the President who prayed the most.”

Need Some encouragement about our nation and the transition?
The election on November 8, 2016 was not a work of man, but rather an intervention by Almighty God. Rather than criticizing and complaining, speak words of praise for what God is doing.
Renovation, even for a home, is not always pleasant, but focusing on the outcome brings strength and joy.
"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." (Matthew 5:44-45)
ONE NATION UNDER GOD
In the Book of Acts, the Church experienced miraculous breakthroughs as a result of prayer.
As The Church is stepping up prayer across our nation, we will not only see our God save America, but we will also see the Great Outpouring of His Spirit across the land. Prayer always lays track for revival! Always!
Faith requires the study of God's Word. No Word ... No faith!
